The Need

Their existing website was based completely on an old coding script and a look that was not encouraging their customers to visit. The brand was not being graphically represented to its maximum potential. This resulted in a number of enquires that could not be completed through the website and a drop in sales.

After meeting with Ascot Locks they decided we could help them move the business forward and gain a greater online presence.

We implemented

We consulted Ascot Locks and advised them of the range of possible web enhancements that needed to be implemented in the existing site to generate more leads and attract more visits. We then created some proposal design wire-frames to explain the flow of the new site and how a potential customer would work their way around it with specific target audience user-journeys. We then created a series of concept designs based upon the wire-frames and went to final production of the site once all was agreed upon.

Copy was created for the website to ensure that the wording was correctly communicated to the clients who read it and also to maximise certain keywords for google and other internet search engines (SEO)

The fantastic, fresh new site has resulted in an increase of contacts by 30%, Improved visibility and online optimisation along with greater brand exposure for new and existing clients.
